Order Statuses
The pipeline stages a Work Order moves through, shown as status chips on every order. Use the arrows to reorder — a retired status stays available on orders that already used it.

Item Catalog
The list of sellable items people can pick from when adding a line to a Work Order. End users pick from this list — they can't type a new item into existence on an order. A retired item stays available on orders that already used it.

The fleet a scheduler assigns Work Orders to on the Scheduling map. A retired truck stays available on orders that already used it.

Import contacts
CSV needs a name column and a client_name column matched against existing clients (case-insensitive). title, phone, email are optional. This is also where the read-only ERP contact harvest will land later.
Forecasting
Phase 2–3Per-market demand outlook built from public building-permit data — Census/FRED for the trend line, address-level permits to catch new communities your builders are starting. Six markets to model:

My account
Change your own login password. You'll need your current one.
Markets / Branches
The cities/markets offered when creating a client or assigning a user's city — also each branch's real profile: its street address, used so Scheduling routes trucks to/from the branch and shows a local weather forecast. Add new markets as the team expands — existing clients and users are unaffected.
Broadcast messages
Up to 4 messages that rotate through the flip-dot header, every few seconds. Leave a slot blank to skip it. Scope a message to one market to only show it to users based in that city — leave "All markets" to show everyone.
Corporate/Admin only — ask an admin to change these.
Mail account
Cadence emails send from this mailbox via plain SMTP/IMAP — not a shared or generic sender. Credentials are stored locally in the app's database.
Shown as the sender — e.g. "Alex Artibee <alex@dr-signs.net>" — instead of just the raw address.
Always your login email — change it from your user profile if it's wrong.
Plain text — auto-appended to every cadence email. Outlook's own signature can't be pulled in automatically (it lives in Outlook, not on the mail server), so paste it here once.
Cadence rules
The system-wide safety limit. Timing, targeting, and auto-send are set per cadence now — see each cadence's "Rules" when creating it under Campaigns.
Corporate/Admin only — ask one of them to change this.
A hard ceiling so a misconfigured cadence can't loop forever.
Campaign automation
Rule-based auto-enrollment for campaigns with audience conditions (Campaigns → a campaign's audience conditions). A bigger blast-radius control than approving one campaign, so it's Corporate/Admin only.
Corporate/Admin only — ask one of them to change this.
Off by default. With it off, audience conditions can be configured on a campaign but nothing auto-enrolls — approval is still required for manual subscriptions either way, this only affects rule-matched ones (which skip approval, since only manager-tier-and-above can author a rule in the first place).
Decay rules
These are the variables your team sets. Change dormancy and the at-risk queue re-ranks live.
Corporate/Admin only — ask one of them to change this.
Flag an account when it goes this many days without an order.
Needs trailing order history to mean anything — arrives with the Phase 2 ERP harvest.
Don't re-alert the same account more often than this.
Off by default. When on, an AM gets a self-addressed email digest of their at-risk accounts. If an AM hasn't connected a mailbox yet, their sales manager and admins get notified instead so it doesn't go silent.

Users
Admins manage everyone. Corporate users manage their own direct reports (e.g. Business Development). Sales managers manage their own account managers. Business Development and Account Managers don't have access to this page. "Role" is a person's tier within Sales specifically (or "Staff"/"Installer"/"Purchasing" for someone with no sales tier at all) — it doesn't control what they can see. "Department" and "Module access" — admin-only — control which sidebar headers (Sales & CRM, Estimating & Pricing, Design & Prepress, Production/Fabrication/Install Management, Analytics & Management, Stede, System Settings) actually show up in their nav. Picking a Department just pre-checks its usual boxes; check or uncheck freely afterward for a custom mix.
